Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Harper, the AI agent that runs your LinkedIn presence (the “Service”). Harper is operated by Iheb Kaabi, an individual based in France (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Harper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Harper.

1. What Harper does

Harper audits your LinkedIn profile and posts, compares you with creators you choose to benchmark, plans a content calendar, drafts posts in your voice and, if you turn on autopilot, publishes them to your LinkedIn profile after a preview window. Harper uses AI models to do this work.

2. Who can use Harper

You must be at least 18 years old. Harper is built for founders, executives and professionals: you confirm that you use it for your business or professional activity. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Each account is for one person.

3. Your LinkedIn account

  • You connect LinkedIn through LinkedIn's own sign-in. Harper never asks for your LinkedIn password.
  • By connecting, you authorize Harper to publish posts to your profile on your behalf through LinkedIn's official API.
  • With autopilot on, Harper publishes each scheduled post at its planned time unless you edit or cancel it during the preview window. With autopilot off, nothing is published until you approve it.
  • LinkedIn access expires every 60 days. Reconnect when Harper asks to keep publishing.
  • You remain the author of everything published under your name and are responsible for it, including its compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement.

4. AI-generated content

  • Harper's audits, benchmarks and drafts are produced by AI. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review them before they go out.
  • Harper is designed not to invent facts and asks you for missing numbers, names or photos. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
  • We don't guarantee any particular result, such as followers, engagement, leads or revenue.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you give Harper (your posts, answers and files) and of the content Harper creates for you, which you can use freely. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output isn't unique: other users may receive similar suggestions.

6. Public LinkedIn data and benchmarks

To audit and benchmark you, Harper analyzes publicly available LinkedIn profiles and posts: yours and those of the creators you choose to track. Use these insights to improve your own content. Don't use Harper to copy other people's posts, to harass anyone or to build lists of people.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • publish unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content through Harper;
  • impersonate anyone or connect a LinkedIn account that isn't yours;
  • use Harper for spam or to fake engagement;
  • probe or break the Service's security, overload it or reverse-engineer it;
  • resell or share access to Harper without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Plans and payment

  • The free audit is offered once per account.
  • Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments sells the subscription to you, collects the payment and applicable taxes, and its own terms also apply to your purchase. We never see your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • An upgrade from Starter to Pro takes effect immediately, and you pay the prorated difference for the current month.
  • If a payment fails, Harper pauses: nothing is written or published until the payment goes through.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your first renewal after that notice.

9. Done for you plan

The Done for you plan adds a human LinkedIn expert working with Harper. It is offered on application, with limited spots, and is billed separately under terms we agree with you in writing.

11. Changes to the Service

We improve Harper continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep Harper available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Harper depends on third-party services, including LinkedIn and AI providers, whose changes can affect it.

12. Closing your account

You can stop using Harper at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing iheb@harperai.app. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, with prior notice when reasonable.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Harper is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim relating to Harper is limited to the amount you paid for Harper in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, opportunities or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. If you keep using Harper after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel and close your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, contact us first at iheb@harperai.app and we will try to resolve it quickly. Otherwise, disputes go to the competent courts of France. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
